At the core of LEMAN is real people trying to make a difference

In the fast-paced world of logistics, the true differentiator is our people. The freight forwarding industry thrives on personal relationships and trust, making it inherently a people-business.

Here at LEMAN, we’re not just filling seats. We’re building teams of amazing individuals. Our industry thrives on trust and personal connections, and those don’t sprout from spreadsheets. They come from the laughter, the problem-solving sessions, and the shared victories of our people.

At the end of the day, LEMAN stands out in global logistics not just for what we do, but for who we are and our ability to connect with each other.

The LEMAN Way: Straight talk on navigating complexities

Here at LEMAN, we stick to three guiding lights: Respect, Quality, and Commitment.

RESPECT

But let’s cut through the usual jargon. When we talk about respect, it’s not just lip service. It means genuinely valuing each handshake, email, and cargo load, treating every interaction as more than just transactions.

QUALITY

Quality? Sure, everyone says they’ve got it. But for us, it’s about sweating the small stuff, so you don’t have to. It’s the behind-the-scenes grind, ensuring your goods move seamlessly from A to B, because we know the devil is in the detail.

COMMITMENT

And commitment? Yes, it’s a promise to go the extra mile, but it’s also about being real when challenges pop up. We’re not here to pretend logistics is all smooth sailing. Instead, we’re committed to navigating the rough waters with you, finding solutions where others might see dead-ends.

That’s the LEMAN way – no fluff, just honest, thorough work to make things happen, because at the end of the day, that’s what really moves mountains, or in our case, your cargo. And we do it keeping our three guiding lights in mind.

Founded in Denmark, but global at our core

We were established in Denmark in 1900, rooted in the visionary spirit of our founder, Paul Lehmann. While our beginnings were firmly planted in Copenhagen, our aspirations have always been boundless. Over the decades, we have expanded our footprint across continents, from the Americas to Asia, embodying a truly global essence. Our commitment to innovation, customer excellence, and sustainable logistics solutions transcends borders, making LEMAN not just a company with Danish origins, but a global logistics partner committed to connecting the world. This is a direction we will also pursue in the future.

Road in green forrest

Our strategy on sustainability

Over recent years, we have reduced our CO₂ footprint in regard to Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, and we will set new goals for how we can move forward. We are very keen to collaborate with our customers to reduce both their and our emissions.
